Ronan Ryan B.Mgt
Ronan’s work experience includes a 14 year combination of commercial real estate, small business ownership and property management experience.
Ronan’s formal education includes a Bachelors Degree in Business Management (B.Mgt) from Concordia University. Ronan started his career in property management working for a reputable property management firm for over two years. His entrepreneurial drive resulted in him founding his own property services company in which he spent the next five years developing and managing. Eventually Ronan decided to move in to commercial real estate by taking a position with Cushman & Wakefield. After obtaining his real estate license Ronan spent the next several years working in both leasing / sales and property management areas.
Ronan is currently overseeing the day to day operations of ECSR. Career to date, Ronan has been involved in the management of hundreds of commercial properties, strip malls, multifamily complexes in all three major areas including property management, sales / leasing and property maintenance respectively.
Some of Ronan’s personal interests include entrepreneurial ventures and investments, golf, cars, music, health and animal welfare.
